Course Fees

To secure a confirmed place on a course, a deposit of £500 can be paid on booking, Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The balance course fee will be requested 160 days before the course start date.
 
CANCELLATION 
  • Cancelations within 120 days of the course start date will be 50% refunded.
  • Cancelations within 90 days of the course start date will not be refunded.

Payment Methods

All orders must be paid for by banks transfer, credit card (Mastercard or VISA) or UK debit card.  For online ordering we accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£) and credit card transactions for orders from outside the UK will be converted by your card company at their current exchange rates.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid only for the products and services specified. Redeemable one time only. Vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction. No remaining balance will be carried over or refunded. Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other value. 

The voucher is valid only within the stated validity period. Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.

VOUCHER CANCELLATION: Cancellation will be processed in accordance with the standard cancellation policy, and any refund shall be limited to the net amount paid upon redemption of the voucher.

The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Product Suitability and Use

Product Suitability and Use Customers should be aware that paragliding, hang gliding, speed flying, speed riding and kitesurfing are potentially dangerous sports that can lead to serious injury or death. The use of unsuitable and/or incorrect equipment can increase this danger. Goods are supplied on the understanding that the end user has appropriate knowledge and experience of their sport, and can choose equipment suitable to their skill level. If there is any doubt in your mind as to the suitability of any equipment we supply please contact us for advice. We will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or death resulting from the use of equipment supplied.
